Robert J. Suttman II, CFA
President
Rob has more than 34 years of investment experience. Prior to founding EBS in 1993 along with Ron Eubel and Mark Brady, Rob was a Vice President and Director of Consulting Services at an investment firm in Dayton, Ohio where he started in 1983. Rob holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.

Rob is a member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Scott E. Lundy, CFP®
Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer
Scott is responsible for developing and servicing individual and business clients and serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer. He is also responsible for equity research and is a member of the Investment Policy and Research Committees. Scott has more than 17 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining EBS in 2003, Scott was a financial consultant with an investment firm in Florida where he started in 2000. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida and he obtained a Certified Financial Planner designation in 2004.
Matthew D. DiCicco
Senior Vice President of Consulting Services & General Counsel
Matt is responsible for developing long-term relationships with high net worth individuals and business owners, and serving as the firm’s general counsel. He takes a collaborative approach and applies the experience gained through his prior law practice to help clients address their unique circumstances. Prior to joining EBS in 2016, Matt practiced law in the private sector for more than 15 years. He holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Mary L. Hedrick, CFP®
Vice President of Consulting Services
Mary is responsible for developing and servicing individual clients. She has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining EBS in 2012, Mary worked in the banking industry as a trust officer and investment advisor. She holds a B.S. degree in Financial Services from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and she obtained a Certified Financial Planner designation in 1997.
Guy R. Henshaw
Vice President of Consulting Services
Guy is responsible for developing and servicing individual clients. He has more than 37 years of investment experience. Prior to joining EBS in 2000, Guy was founder and president of Civic Bancorp, served as Director/Chair of the Audit Committee and Financial Expert of Fair Isaac Corporation, and worked for Security National Bank and Bank of America. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Terri L. King, IACCP®
Compliance Manager
Terri is responsible for managing EBS's compliance program and serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the Eubel Brady & Suttman Mutual Fund Trust. She has more than 24 years of experience in the finacial services industry. Prior to joining EBS in 2003, Terri served in a compliance role at the branch level of a national brokerage firm. She holds an A.A.S. degree in Legal Assisting from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio and obtained an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional designation in 2016.
Dawn E. Kramer, CFP®, RICP®
Client Relationship Manager
Dawn serves the investment needs of individual clients and develops new client relationships. Prior to joining EBS in 2006, she worked as a paralegal and supervisor in a personal injury law firm. Dawn holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She obtained a Certified Financial Planner designation in 2015 and Retirement Income Certified Professional designation in 2016.
Neesha Crawford
Senior Client Administrator
Neesha is responsible for establishing client accounts as well as ongoing account administration, including tracking capital flows and quarterly report processing. She also serves as the primary client administrator for alternative investments. Prior to joining EBS in 2012, Neesha worked for two Fortune 500 companies in customer service. Neesha holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Sara V. Mahoney
Manager of Consulting Services Administration
Sara is responsible for supervising the Consulting Services administrative staff, as well as establishing client accounts and providing ongoing administration, including tracking capital flows and quarterly report processing. Prior to joining EBS in 2012, she worked in the financial services industry in similar roles for 15 years. Sara holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Cynthia A. Hufnagle
Executive Services Administrator
Cynthia works directly with the President, Chief Operating Officer and manages special projects and events for the Consulting Services and Research Groups. Prior to joining EBS in 2006, she worked as an Executive Assistant to the President and Directors of daytaOhio in association with Wright State University and as an Executive Assistant to a senior officer at Dayton Power & Light.
Egan C. Rosell
Client Administrator
Egan is responsible for setting up new client accounts as well as ongoing account administration, including tracking capital flows and quarterly report processing. He joined the firm part time in 2014 and full time in 2016. Egan holds a B.S. degree in Financial Services from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Courtney E. Hohl
Client Administrator
Courtney is responsible for setting up new client accounts as well as ongoing account administration, including tracking capital flows and quarterly report processing. Prior to joining EBS in 2016, she worked as an office manager and accounting assistant at a local Human Resources firm. Courtney holds a B.S. degree in Financial Services from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Lori L. Brown
Assistant Client Administrator
Lori supports all members of the Consulting Services professional and administrative staff. In addition to greeting all visitors to the firm and ensuring that calls are handled in a professional manner, she is responsible for processing incoming checks, logging custodial statements, and other administrative duties. Prior to joining EBS in 2016, Lori was an interior design consultant for a local firm. She holds an A.A.S. degree in Interior Design from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio.
Courtney R. Purvis
Administrative Assistant
Courtney is responsible for performing tasks in support of the firm's compliance program and assisting with projects throughout the organization. Courtney joined EBS in 2016 while she obtained an A.A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio. She is currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
